Shows you how your business is doing, from your own numbers.

We connect your own system, and the figures you choose to share appear on one dashboard, refreshed every night. Every week or month Exi writes a short report on them, and it goes to your team when you approve it.

Intelligence

What Exi does

Your numbers in one place, and a report that sticks to them.

  • Brings in your numbers

Every night, or every hour on the larger plan, it reads the figures your system shares and shows when they were last updated.

  • Draws your dashboard

Each figure with its change since an earlier one, small line charts and short tables, under headings your system gives.

  • Writes the report

Every week or month, a short summary of the period from your figures. A summary that mentions any other number is left out.

  • Adds your help articles

Help articles your system shares join the knowledge base Exi answers website chat from, kept in step at each refresh.

What you approve

Each report before it goes to your team, or none once you trust it.

Exi does the work. You keep the decisions.

What it includes

  • Dashboard
  • Nightly refresh
  • Trends and line charts
  • Weekly or monthly report
  • PDF copy of the report
  • Help articles for website chat
How it works

Three steps. The last one is yours.

  1. Your developer builds the connected source, or we build it for you.

  2. We connect it and test it, and you choose who gets the report.

  3. Your numbers arrive after the first night, and you approve each report.

Questions

About Intelligence.

What is a connected source?

A small web service beside your own system that answers our signed requests with the figures you choose to share. Your developer builds it to a written contract we give them, or we build it as setup work we quote.

Which numbers can I see?

The ones your connected source sends: a number with its change since an earlier one, a series drawn as a small line chart, or a short table, grouped under headings it gives. ExiReach draws what arrives and knows no figure by name.

Does it see my customers' details?

No. The connected source is built to send totals and counts, never a person's name, phone or email, and ExiReach blanks any table cell that looks like an email address or a phone number.

How fresh are the numbers?

They are refreshed every night, or every hour on the larger plan, and the dashboard says when they were last updated. If a refresh fails, the dashboard says so, and you are notified once it has failed for a day.

What does the report say?

It shows each figure at the end of the period against the start, with a short summary Exi writes from them. If the summary mentions a number that is not among your figures, it is refused and left out.

Who gets the report, and when?

Weekly reports are made on Mondays and monthly ones on the first of the month. Each waits for your approval, then goes by email to the team members you choose, with a link to the dashboard. Once you trust them, reports can send on their own, and you can switch on a PDF copy.
